Brief
Broadview Heights is looking to expand its re-development of the city. Develop a master plan that ties an otherwise disjointed campus design together and supports and promotes Broadview Heights as the place to live, work and play. Create these environments naturally, so the development is sustainable and natural.
Design
The city has several new buildings they are asking you to explore for their campus and they include:
- A new fire station
- A new library (exploring the next generation of Library services)
- Lifestyle retail (boutique enterprises that support healthy living)
- Housing that support a healthy environment and lifestyle
Site Plan and Analysis
With the build site scouted and layed out, we designated the proposed area we intended to build
Ideation
Sketching out the library for the proposed designated area
Building Layout
With the exterior established, we built a floorplan that best communicated what our team wanted the library to be and stay in line with how it would best help the community.
After the floorplan was devised, we built a plan for how to best light the area to best fit the building.
